Geneva Software, Inc. is on the path toward upgrading our quality management system to version 2.0 of the CMMI for Development model. The upgraded model, which replaces version 1.3, has been reorganized to be easier to understand and more flexible in order to adapt to the many approaches to product and service development and delivery.

Geneva Software has committed to implementing the new model version over the next year. Milestones in our implementation include training our internal Process Improvement Team, performing a gap analysis to ensure that we successfully migrate each element of our quality management system to the new version, and training staff on the changes. As with everything Geneva Software does, the goal of our continued use of the CMMI model is to bring the latest and most relevant aspects of quality management to our clients and industry partners.
