Geneva Software, Inc. works closely with each client, their office leadership, and relevant stakeholders to support the full Digital Forms Management lifecycle. This includes requirements solicitation, forms design, forms development, publishing forms to both internal and public sites, and the ongoing maintenance of forms in accordance with federal and Department-specific standards, regulations, and mandates. We have performed this work in a variety of industry-standard forms and service management platforms, and have the capability to advise clients on strategically adapting platform capabilities to their operational processes and procedures. We have experience developing an expansive array of forms and their accompanying organizational workflows, from small, simple internal forms, to complex, multi-page forms that must allow for both online input and printing in accordance with US Government standards. Additionally, we posess the capability to develop and implement systems that parse data from forms that have been completed and submitted back to the requesting entity. Our teams ensure full compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act as well as with The Plain Writing Act of 2010. Further, for Data Collections forms intended for the general public, we are well versed in Office of Management and Budget (OMB) compliance with form approval expiration dates, OMB control numbers, and minimizing the public burden in accordance with The Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).
